It has been a meaningful and connecting experience for all of us. We have a draft of the phase 1 curriculum and are planning a roll out simultaneously for review and feedback. It will also be incorporated into the Contributor orientation process. The roll out includes reading, viewing videos, self reflection questions and facilitated calls. We will soon be looking for reviewers. Please stay tuned for a notice asking for pilot participants with specific profile of what we are looking for in reviewers. ~ Jeyanthy Siva
